Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Project Manager of Client Services to lead client relationships through expert project management coordination and execution. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in the eDiscovery industry and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management within legal services or eDiscovery
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong verbal and written communication with leadership presence
• Excellent client relationship skills with proactive expectation management
• Understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review
• Ability to manage project scope, plans, relationships, and billing information

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship
• Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
• Execute project forecasts and work schedules as directed by senior PM or CS Director
• Ensure client requirements are met with high quality and accuracy; communicate with client and internal partners
• Provide proactive client communications and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain up-to-date records on project status across all active projects
• Demonstrate leadership to clients and internal partners, delivering objectives professionally
• Serve as a public face of Epiq’s high-quality service delivery offering
