Job summary

IST Management is hiring for e-Discovery Account Executives in Detroit, MI. You will drive revenue for new and existing business in e-Discovery and Legal Services sales, including developing new business, maintaining relationships, and closing deals.

This outside sales role starts with training, then remote work with in-person appointments as needed. Expect travel, advancement potential, and a base salary with uncapped commission up to 16% of earnings.

Qualifications

• Must have strong cold calling and lead generation experience.
• Proven client relationship management and deal closing ability.
• Comfort presenting to decision-makers and managing pipelines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work remotely.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts through outreach.
• Issue SOWs, close deals, and manage client relationships.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with MVP and meet activity goals.
• Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and clients.
• Participate in networking events and stay current on legal tech trends.
• Travel as needed for in-person prospecting and meetings.
