Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Fraud & Payment Risk Specialist to monitor ecommerce payment processing, respond to disputes and chargebacks, and coordinate refunds. You will collaborate with merchandising, web, ecommerce operations, and customer service to mitigate fraud and protect revenue.

The role emphasizes leading fraud prevention strategies, mentoring order processing agents, and staying current on industry practices through ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in conducting fraud review and/or merchant account oversight.
• Experience with merchant accounts, payment processors and fraud tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ecommerce payment processing merchant accounts to respond to disputes and chargebacks.
• Collect information to respond to processor inquiries, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Request manual refunds via check when electronic refunds aren’t possible.
• Update customer and account records with actions taken on transactions.
• Assist in processing vendor orders and RMAs.
• Lead fraud prevention strategies and train team members on best practices.
