Accendra Health is hiring an E-Commerce Specialist to monitor disputes, respond to chargebacks, and assist with refunds and order verification. The role involves analyzing fraud risk, partnering with ecommerce teams, and reporting on monthly performance.

The position offers opportunities to mentor teammates and grow in a fast-paced online payments environment. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years in fraud review or merchant oversight.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fraud review and/or merchant account oversight.

Aufgaben

• Monitor ecommerce payment processing and respond to disputes and chargebacks promptly.
• Collect and provide required information for inquiries and disputes.
• Process manual refunds when electronic refunds are not possible.
• Maintain accurate customer and account records for all actions.
• Support vendor orders and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
• Participate in trainings to stay current on fraud practices.
• Collaborate with merchandising, web, ecommerce ops and customer service to curb fraud.
