Job summary

Brother USA is seeking a Senior Manager of Ecommerce Fraud to safeguard our digital commerce platforms against account takeover, payment fraud, and abuse. This role leads the fraud prevention roadmap, partners with cross-functional teams, and uses data-driven insights to balance risk with customer experience.

The position requires 8+ years in fraud/risk and at least 3 years in people management, with strong leadership and collaboration skills. This hybrid role is based in Bridgewater, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a math/risk/computer science related field.
• 8+ years in fraud prevention, detection, or risk management.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with ecommerce risk and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve ecommerce fraud prevention strategy across ATO, payment fraud, and abuse.
• Define governance and decisioning standards for compliant fraud controls.
• Oversee fraud policies and detection logic to prevent fraud across the customer lifecycle.
• Balance fraud prevention with customer experience and business impact.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing fraud team.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Care, IT, Finance, and Legal to strengthen fraud capabilities.
