Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. seeks an E-Commerce Operations Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. You will monitor merchant accounts, respond to disputes and chargebacks, and assist with refunds when electronic refunds aren’t possible.

You’ll review orders for accuracy, detect potential fraud using fraud platforms, and provide monthly performance reporting. This role requires collaboration with merchandising, web development, ecommerce operations, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in conducting fraud review and/or merchant account oversight.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ecommerce payment processing merchant accounts and respond to disputes and chargebacks promptly.
• Collect information to respond to processor inquiries and disputes.
• Request manual refunds when electronic refunds are not possible.
• Update customer and account records with actions taken.
• Assist in processing vendor orders and RMAs.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and trainings to stay updated on fraud trends.
• Collaborate with merchandising, web development, ecommerce operations and customer service to monitor fraud exposure.
• Lead fraud prevention strategies using pattern recognition and identity management.
• Mentor and train order processing agents on fraud prevention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
