Job summary

Simplicity Patterns Inc is seeking a technical Operations Analyst for the Operations team. You will manage ERP and e-commerce systems, cleanse data, and support decision making to enable operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience owning systems in an ecommerce/omnichannel environment with fulfillment and inventory complexity.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or comparable a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer Cin7 Core; create automations, manage item set-ups, BOMs, and inventory adjustments, and maintain day-to-day settings and connections/APIs.
• Analyze data including inventory turns, freight costs, fill rates, and KPIs to support strategy and decisions.
• Build standardized, repeatable reporting frameworks to support Finance and Sales.
• Manage EDI (Crstl) document flows for major retail partners; onboard new trading partners and diagnose document transmission errors.
• Own ShipStation; maintain label templates, troubleshoot carrier integrations, and route orders to warehouse/3PL.
• Review shipping spend against carrier rates and identify opportunities to switch services to save margin.
• Resolve order, inventory, and synchronization issues across Cin7, ShipStation, Crstl, BigCommerce.
• Design and optimize workflows and systems to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product development, marketing, and 3PL for smooth operations.
