The role emphasizes accurate execution, KPI tracking, and continuous process enhancement across operations and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, e-commerce, or another fast-paced environment preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee end-to-end transactional workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and issue resolution.
• Ensure operational processes are aligned across teams and systems; identify gaps and drive continuous workflow and performance improvements.
• Oversee and coordinate work performed by remote and offshore teams, providing operational guidance, prioritization, and support.
• Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures; track KPIs and operational metrics to ensure consistent and compliant execution.
• Support system implementations, process updates, and operational projects that improve transactional execution and scalability.
• Manage inventory using internal tools while ensuring accurate verification, condition checks, and timely cataloging.

Job Description:

As an Ecommerce Operations Analyst at Access Analytix, you will play a hands-on role in executing and supporting core transactional and operational workflows. This position focuses on accurate, timely execution while also contributing to process improvement, remote team coordination, and operational initiatives. The role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and a strong problem solver, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with real-time operational demands.

Responsibilities:
