Job summary

Access Analytix is seeking a hands-on Business Operations Associate in Chicago to execute and support core transactional workflows, coordinate remote and offshore teams, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment demanding accuracy and real-time problem solving.

You will focus on timely execution, SOP adherence, KPI monitoring, and cross-team collaboration to scale operations and enhance operational performance while supporting system updates and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Comfort coordinating with remote and offshore teams.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee end-to-end transactional workflows with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure processes are aligned across teams and drive improvements.
• Coordinate work of remote and offshore teams with guidance and priority setting.
• Track KPIs and operational metrics to ensure compliant execution.
• Support system implementations and operational projects for scalability.
• Manage inventory verification and cataloging using internal tools.
