Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote E-commerce Operations Lead to drive online store performance from product listing to final delivery. The role requires managing logistics, inventory, and customer service, with a focus on cost-efficiency and scalable processes.

The ideal candidate will lead a remote team, optimize workflows, and implement data-driven improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience leading remote operations teams.
• Proven track record in e-commerce logistics and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations including order processing, inventory, and shipping.
• Develop and optimize operational workflows to improve delivery times.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, suppliers and carriers for cost-effective service.
• Monitor inventory across channels and prevent stockouts/overstocks.
• Lead and mentor a remote customer service and fulfillment team.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
