Job summary

Warehousing & Distribution. is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive individual for part-time, remote E-commerce Operations Support. You will assist with shipment planning, inventory replenishment, pricing research, listing monitoring, and reporting across multiple platforms.

The role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, independent work habits, and excellent English communication. It may evolve to include additional responsibilities as needed, with hours 8:00 AM–1:00 PM ET, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting e-commerce marketplace operations, including listings, inventory, pricing, or fulfillment.
• Familiarity with shipment planning and inventory replenishment processes.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets for maintaining operational trackers.
• Ability to conduct online pricing research and evaluate competitor pricing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipment plans across e-commerce fulfillment platforms.
• Assist with inventory replenishment planning based on availability and demand.
• Monitor listings, SKUs, and pricing across channels for accuracy.
• Maintain operational trackers and provide concise progress reports.
