Job summary

Air Distribution Limited is seeking an Operations Analyst to support ERP deployment and business process standardization across offices and manufacturing facilities. This role partners with operations, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT to drive efficiency and change across locations.

Based in Plano, TX with 75% travel, this remote role focuses on MacPac ERP deployment, process documentation, dashboards, training, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, ERP implementation, or business process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably MacPac, including configuration, reporting, master data management, inventory control, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
• Ability to travel up to 75% for onsite training, implementation, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation of the MacPac ERP system across offices and plants, aligning with business objectives and requirements.
• Develop and standardize business processes for material planning, scheduling, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Coordinate phase-in/phase-out planning for new product introductions and transitions.
• Analyze current processes and implement technology-enabled solutions to improve visibility and performance.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to monitor process effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Address data gaps and initiate corrective actions to improve data integrity and performance.
• Support data cleansing, master data maintenance, and documentation of SOPs and training materials.
• Deliver trainings and support change management for leaders, super users, and end users.
• Establish best practices with SMEs and support custom enhancements and reporting.
• Monitor compliance with processes and resolve data anomalies across the supply chain network.
