Job summary

Access Analytix, a technology-driven investment and trading firm, seeks a Business Operations Analyst to execute core workflows and support process improvements. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and real-time problem solving within a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate remote and offshore teams, align processes across systems, and track KPI performance while supporting system implementations and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in operations, e-commerce, or a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quick to learn new systems.
• Comfortable collaborating with remote and offshore teams.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and real-time decision making.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee end-to-end transactional workflows with accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive process alignment and continuous improvement across teams and systems.
• Coordinate work from remote and offshore teams and provide operational guidance.
• Maintain and enforce SOPs; track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support system implementations, process updates, and scalable operational projects.
• Manage inventory using internal tools with verification and timely cataloging.
