Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to support SSRM/ERP and Supply Chain applications for a large U.S. healthcare system. You will analyze data, compile insights from multiple sources, and present outcomes to leadership, ensuring data integrity and value.

This role emphasizes ERP maintenance, data migrations, end-user training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes and financial outcomes while working in a remote PST-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technology support role.
• Experience supporting SCM systems.
• Proficient in Lawson, Oracle, Workday or similar ERP.
• Proficient in data analysis tools like Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Strong data integrity awareness.
• Proven leadership and independent work with critical thinking.
• Strong enterprise reporting experience.
• Able to work 8-5pm PST.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SSRM ERP/Contract Management/Item Request systems on a regular basis.
• Lead special projects, meetings, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead ERP data migrations for new facilities and provide end-user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SSRM technology issues.
• Coordinate and test all EDI implementations with partners; analyze implementations.
• Review upgrades and new ERP functionality to support the system.
• Develop reports and update ERP data; train end-users across the organization.
• Perform functional process analysis to align workflows with Lawson requirements.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision.
