Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate into an ERP system.
• Knowledge of SQL, database management, and basic programming or scripting skills is a plus.
• Experience in troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to ERP systems.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to understand complex systems.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Support: Oversee daily ERP system functions, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure ERP modules to align with business requirements and workflows.
• Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with departments to understand processes and optimize ERP performance.
• Training & Documentation: Provide user training and create manuals/guides.
• Upgrades & Testing: Coordinate ERP upgrades and test for minimal disruption.
• Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data integrity and generate reports for management.
• Project Management: Support implementation of new ERP modules and small projects.
• Other duties as assigned
