Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory management, supply chain coordination, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience coordinating freight, shipments, warehouses, or inventory workflows.
• Strong spreadsheet skills using Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, freight, and shipments from start to finish.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and purchase orders.
• Manage Shopify product data and internal records; support day-to-day operations.
• Generate and maintain operational reports and dashboards covering sales, inventory, returns, customer service, and product performance.
• Use AI tools to streamline reporting, data organization, and workflow automation.
