Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Manager, eComm Merchandising to lead the PIM, promos, and pricing accuracy for the website and mobile app across assigned markets. You will coach a team of eCommerce Marketing Specialists and a Video Specialist, setting standards for data quality and launch readiness.

Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, you will partner with Web Content, Creative, CRM, Merchandising, IT, and Retail Marketing to ensure new products and store openings are launch-ready and compliant with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years in eCommerce, digital merchandising, PIM, or promo pricing, with leadership experience.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, promo workflows; knowledge of Adobe/Magento and SAP OPPS.

Responsibilities

• Own PIM governance for Trulieve website and mobile app; ensure descriptions, imagery, attributes, and categorization are accurate and ready for launch.
• Direct promotional execution; manage offers, discounts, and rewards per promo calendar and state rules.
• Oversee pricing management across states; collaborate with Pricing, IT, Retail, and Marketing to fix discrepancies.
• Set audit standards and track issues; report trends and risks to leadership.
• Direct video/animation support for product and promo content with Creative and Content teams.
• Coordinate with Web Content, Creative, CRM, Merchandising, IT, and Retail Marketing to launch new products and brand stores.
• Lead and develop a team of specialists, setting expectations and supporting career growth.
• Own team priorities, workload, and capacity; balance markets and deadlines.
