Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Manager, eComm Merchandising to lead product information governance, promotional execution, and pricing accuracy for the company’s website and app. This role drives data quality, promo timing, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, IT, and Retail, while managing a team of eCommerce specialists and a Video Specialist.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-market prioritization, and a strong track record in eCommerce platforms, promotions, and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in eCommerce, digital merchandising, PIM, or promo pricing with 2+ years leading people.
• Experience coaching and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and promo pricing workflows (Magento, AEM, OPPS).
• Strong project/workflow management with multi-market prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own PIM governance for the website and mobile app, ensuring accurate descriptions, imagery, attributes, and categorization.
• Direct promotional execution with calendar-aligned offers, discounts, and Trulieve Rewards promotions.
• Oversee pricing management across states and stores to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Set audit standards and report accuracy trends and risks.
• Lead video/animation support for product and promotions in partnership with Creative teams.
• Coordinate with Web Content, IT, Retail Marketing to ensure launch readiness and manage external vendors.
