The role emphasizes full‑funnel planning, cross‑functional leadership, and strong communication to build trust with clients while driving business impact.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in lifestyle, high‑AOV, or considered‑purchase marketing with client management experience.
• Understanding of full‑funnel strategy and marketing channels.
• Familiar with upper‑funnel channels (content, SEO, YouTube) at a working level.
• Strong written and verbal communication; can translate data into insights for non‑technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of lifestyle accounts and act as primary strategic partner for clients.
• Lead cross‑channel marketing efforts and ensure all activities align with business goals.
• Coordinate AI tools and Nova ecosystem to optimize performance.
• Guide quarterly strategy with Project Managers and refine long‑term growth plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive retention and revenue growth.
