Job summary

829 Studios is seeking an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to drive client lifecycle programs using Klaviyo, collaborating with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams. You will own automation workflows, audience management, and performance reporting to deliver measurable results.

You’ll lead the development of email calendars, optimize campaigns, and provide data-driven insights to improve customer journeys. Remote-friendly with an option to work from our Boston office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with recommendations for improvements.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives: strategies, programs, and calendars.
• Create and implement email calendars integrated with other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Own email marketing thought leadership.
