829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, seeks an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-driven campaigns and lifecycle programs. You will collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to drive data-driven email strategies and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in email marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience leading strategies for an ecommerce brand.
• Strong familiarity with ESPs and marketing automation tech (e.g., Marketo, MailChimp, HubSpot).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and high customer satisfaction.
• Experience engaging clients around marketing automation and lead generation.
• Experience in digital advertising, analytics, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans proactively to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with insights and recommendations for future programs.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Identify potential issues and propose solutions for campaigns or projects.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives - strategies, programs, and calendars.
• Create and implement email marketing calendars integrated with other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely and successful deployment of all targeted email campaigns.
• Own email marketing thought leadership.
