Job summary

829 Studios is seeking an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-driven lifecycle campaigns and drive performance. You will guide automation setup, audience segments, and in-platform execution while collaborating with Client Services, Web, and Paid Media teams.

You will lead strategy for e-commerce email programs, review monthly performance, and share data-driven recommendations to improve results across campaigns and audiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and client-satisfaction track record.
• Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, lead generation.
• Experience in digital advertising landscape and related tech.
• Experience building and managing campaigns with lead gen and lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and present wins, improvements, and recommendations.
• Manage all elements of email initiatives—strategy, programs, calendars.
• Create email marketing calendars integrated with other marketing efforts.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask and coordinate across agile deadlines.
• Own email marketing thought leadership.
