829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-driven lifecycle programs and client relationships. You will lead campaigns, collaborate with the Inbound Team, and drive performance using automation, audiences, and data-driven insights.

You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic thinking on email and automation while growing our client services capabilities. This role offers a remote-friendly environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience with Klaviyo and automated workflows.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review monthly performance reports and provide recommendations.
• Own all elements of email marketing initiatives and calendars.
• Lead client conversations to define campaign vision and ensure execution.
• Deploy targeted email campaigns on schedule.
