829 Studios is a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency seeking a mid-level E‑Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-driven campaigns and client conversations. You will report to the Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing and shape automation workflows, audiences, and performance tracking in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to lead calendar planning, deployment of targeted emails, and data-driven

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Minimum 2 years of Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading and executing email strategies for an e-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with ESPs and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).

Responsabilités

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports and recommend optimizations.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives (strategies, programs, calendars).
• Own client relationships and define campaign vision with the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
