Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to join the Inbound Team. You’ll own Klaviyo-driven campaigns, optimize automated workflows, databases, and audiences, and partner with Client Services, Web, and Paid media teams from our Boston base or remotely across the U.S.

You will drive lifecycle programs, review performance, and own the email marketing calendar while delivering data-driven insights to improve campaigns and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiar with marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budgets.
• Review monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage all elements of email initiatives: strategies, programs, calendars.
• Create integrated email calendars with other marketing efforts.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted campaigns.
• Own email marketing thought leadership.
