829 Studios is seeking an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-based campaigns and shape how we service clients. You will lead lifecycle strategies, automate workflows, and drive data-driven optimization across marketing channels.

This mid-level, client-facing role reports to the Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing (E-Commerce) and collaborates with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to deliver measurable results.

Formación

• 4+ years of email marketing experience; agency experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Familiar with email service providers and automation platforms like Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze, etc.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive customer satisfaction.
• Experience with marketing automation technology, email marketing, and/or lead generation.
• Experience in the digital advertising landscape and related technologies.
• Experience building and managing marketing campaigns with lead generation and nurturing strategies.
• SMS experience in platforms like Sakari and Attentive.

Responsabilidades

• Execute client lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with recommendations for optimization.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives, including strategies, programs, and calendars.
• Create and implement integrated email calendars aligned with other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely and successful deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask and coordinate activities to meet multiple agile deadlines.
• Own email marketing thought leadership for the team.
