Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-based workflows and client conversations. You’ll partner with Client Services, Web, Paid Search and Paid Social teams to drive lifecycle campaigns and performance improvements.

You will lead email programs, calendars, and analytics-driven optimizations, while mentoring teammates and shaping our approach to email automation and client service on the E‑commerce team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tech (Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client satisfaction track record.
• Experience with marketing automation, email marketing and lead generation.
• Comfort with analytics and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
• Own email marketing initiatives, calendars and timelines.
• Manage client relationships and define campaign vision with the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
