829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-commerce Email Marketing Strategist to drive lifecycle marketing, primarily on Klaviyo, and own performance conversations with clients. You’ll collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to define how we service Klaviyo clients and lead the Email and Automation Team.

The role emphasizes crafting proactive campaigns, analyzing performance, and owning automated workflows, audiences, and data-driven insights for ecommerce brands.

Formación

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiar with ESPs and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and delivering high client satisfaction.
• Experience with client engagements around marketing automation, email marketing, and/or lead gen.

Responsabilidades

• Execute clients’ lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports to highlight wins and improvement areas.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives, strategies, calendars, and deployments.
• Create and implement email marketing calendars integrated with other initiatives.
• Own email marketing thought leadership within the team.
