Job summary

829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, seeks an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-driven lifecycle programs. You will partner with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to deploy automated workflows and audiences, while shaping how we service clients on Klaviyo.

In this mid-level, client-facing role, you will review monthly performance, manage campaigns and calendars, ensure timely deployments, and drive data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Strong familiarity with email marketing service providers and marketing automation technologies.
• Proven track record with cross-functional collaboration and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute your clients’ lifecycle marketing plans proactively in order to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Take the lead in reviewing monthly performance reports to highlight wins, areas of improvement and recommendations for future programs.
• Must be very detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Identify potential issues or challenges to campaign or project completion and recommend solutions.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives - strategies, programs, and calendars.
• Create and implement email marketing calendars that are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely and successful deployment of all targeted email campaigns.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and coordinate activities to meet multiple agile deadlines.
• Own email marketing thought leadership.
