829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, seeks a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-driven campaigns, manage automated workflows, and partner across Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social to define service standards. You will lead lifecycle plans, review monthly performance, and own email calendars and deployment.

Requires 4+ years in email marketing, agency experience preferred, and familiarity with leading automation tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiar with email marketing service providers and automation technologies such as Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with insights and recommendations.
• Be detail-oriented and manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Identify issues and recommend solutions to campaign or project completion.
• Own email marketing strategies, programs, and calendars.
