Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-driven lifecycle campaigns, engage client relationships, and drive performance across integrated marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to shape strategy and execution.

The role requires 4+ years of email marketing experience, 2+ years with Klaviyo, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with ESPs and marketing automation technologies (Marketo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with client engagements around marketing automation and lead generation.
• Experience in digital advertising and analytics; data-driven insights.
• Mentor potential and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proactive initiative.
• SMS experience in Sakari and Attentive.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with insights and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills and deadlines.
• Identify issues affecting campaigns and propose solutions.
• Oversee all elements of email marketing initiatives and calendars.
• Create and align email calendars with other marketing initiatives.
• Own client relationships and align campaign vision with the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask and coordinate to meet agile deadlines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Provide email marketing thought leadership.
