Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo workflows, lead client engagements, and drive performance across marketing programs. You will partner with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social to deliver data-driven email campaigns and automation.

The role emphasizes a product-owner mindset for Klaviyo, strong analytics, and collaboration to elevate service delivery and thought leadership on the Email and Automation Team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Strong familiarity with ESPs and marketing automation tech.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and client satisfaction.
• Experience with marketing automation, lead generation and reporting.
• Experience in digital advertising and data-driven insights.
• Marketing role with tactical campaign building and nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance and budgets.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with recommendations for improvements.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives, calendars and programs.
• Create integrated email calendars aligned with other marketing efforts.
• Ensure timely deployment of all targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask and coordinate activities to meet agile deadlines.
• Own email marketing thought leadership.
