829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist for our Inbound Team. You will own Klaviyo-driven lifecycle programs, manage client conversations, and partner with Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to drive performance.

You will review reports, optimize campaigns, and lead the development of automated workflows while mentoring teammates and serving as a thought leader on our Email and Automation Team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
• 2 years of Klaviyo experience minimum.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with marketing automation technologies (Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).

Responsabilités

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports; highlight wins and improvements.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives: strategies, programs, calendars.
• Create and implement email marketing calendars integrated with other marketing initiatives.
• Own client relationships and define campaign vision; ensure team execution.
• Ensure timely deployment of all targeted email campaigns.
• Multi-task and coordinate activities to meet multiple deadlines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Lead email marketing thought leadership.
