Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to lead deployment and integration of ECH solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. Remote role with extensive travel (50-75%) across the US and internationally.

You will configure systems, test site readiness, and support customers and partners while documenting all changes and ensuring smooth production cuts. A strong background in IP networks, cloud tech, and security is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deployment or integration experience with complex IP products and systems.
• Experience with cloud-based troubleshooting, connectivity, latency, and identity management (SSO/AD).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and virtualization environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS components.
• Perform site verification and ensure production readiness after cutover.
• Document changes to cloud tenants, API integrations, and deployment procedures.
• Provide on-site and remote support to customers and partners during deployment.
