Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer. This is a remote position with up to 75% travel across the US and internationally, reporting to the ECH Field Engineer Manager.

The engineer ensures proper implementation of on-premise and cloud-hosted ECH solutions. Responsibilities include configuration, site testing, cloud connectivity, partner collaboration, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with an engineering/IT background.
• 5+ years in engineering/technical environments.
• U.S. work authorization; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Configure ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS.
• Perform site verification testing before production cutover.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Support customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Document changes to cloud tenants and integrations.
• Develop and approve Mop for cloud migrations and upgrades.
