Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer for remote roles in the US with heavy travel. You will configure, test, and support ECH deployments across on-prem and cloud-hosted environments, ensuring reliable production readiness and integration with cloud services.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of IP deployment experience, cloud familiarity, and strong telephony knowledge. Travel up to 75% across US and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying or integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications are a plus (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with cloud-based applications and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions, incl. hybrid cloud and SaaS apps.
• Performs site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between on-site infra and cloud environments.
• Provides deployment support to customers and partners during production rollout.
• Documents changes including cloud configurations and API integrations.
