Job summary

ARCXIS is seeking certified ECC Raters or individuals to train for HVAC testing under Title 24 guidelines. Raters work from home, receive schedules from the office, and perform inspections on HVAC systems across multiple locations.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, ECC certification (or willingness to obtain it), and the ability to report results via a web portal using a smartphone or computer. Travel is required—80 to 120 miles per day—with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Must be ECC Certified or be willing to become ECC certified.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and customer-focused service are essential.
• Ability to submit reports via computer or smartphone via web portal.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC system tests per Title 24 guidelines.

• Work from home with schedules provided by the office.
