ARCXIS is seeking an ECC Rater to perform HVAC testing from home with field inspections as needed. You will schedule through the office and submit reports via the company web portal, ensuring compliance with Title 24 standards.

Ideal candidates have ECC certification or are willing to become certified, strong attention to detail, and reliable transportation for daily travel. Position supports growth in a growing, nationwide firm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be ECC Certified or be willing to become ECC certified.
• Strong attention to detail with integrity and customer focus.
• Ability to send reports via computer or smartphone.
• Able to climb ladders and work in cramped spaces.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold conditions.
• Able to lift ladders and equipment heavier than 50 pounds.
• Work from home with schedules provided by the office.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance; auto allowance provided.
• Willing to travel 80–120 miles daily.
• Pass background check and motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Test HVAC systems per Title 24 guidelines.
• Submit written reports to the office via the web portal.
• Conduct multiple inspections daily in residences and small commercial spaces.
