Job summary

ARCXIS is seeking an Energy Code Compliance (ECC) Rater, or a candidate willing to train, for a remote field role serving customers nationwide. You will test HVAC systems according to Title 24 and submit reports via our web portal from home, with schedule support from our office.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, be HERS certified or willing to become ECC certified, and capable of traveling 80–120 miles per day. A clean driving record and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be HERS certified or willing to become ECC certified.
• Able to travel 80–120 miles per day with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to send reports via computer or smartphone.
• Able to climb ladders and work in attic/cramped spaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on HVAC systems per Title 24.
• Submit inspection reports to the office via the web portal.
• Perform multiple inspections daily.
• Travel as needed to perform testing and inspections.
