Qualifications

• Two years of proven leadership experience.
• Proven track record of overachievement with coaching a sales team.
• Experience navigating complex multi‑decision sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team management abilities.
• Adaptable self-starter with growth mindset.
• Ability to provide upward feedback to leadership.
• Ability to forecast and manage an existing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews.
• Hire and onboard new account executives, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve problems and drive projects.
• Create training content and enable ongoing development for the team.
• Support account executives with professional development plans.
• Provide clear, tactical feedback to account executives.
• Help strengthen Samsara’s culture within the commercial organization.
• Lead, develop, and engage an inclusive high‑performing team.
