Job summary

Samsara is seeking Sales Managers to join a high-energy sales team focused on mid-sized Private Sector organizations. You will lead and develop Account Executives II, fostering inclusive, engaged, and high-performing teams across the US.

Qualifications

• At least two years of proven leadership performance.
• Strong track record of overachievement with coaching a team on outbounding.
• Understanding of complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers and products.
• Excellent communication skills and public speaking.
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
• Self-starter and adaptable to change.
• Growth mindset to learn a unique industry.

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy, pipeline reviews and quarterly targets.
• Hire new account executives and provide onboarding and ongoing coaching for growth and success.
• Work cross-functionally to strategically solve problems and project manage.
• Create content for ongoing training and development.
• Support account executives through professional development plans.
• Provide clear and tactical feedback to account executives.
• Advance culture within the team and commercial organization with high EI.
• Embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
