Job summary

JFrog is seeking a Professional Services DevOps Senior Engineer to design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms using JFrog products and cutting-edge technologies.

You will collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Support and Development to ensure customer success and drive DevOps adoption. The role requires hands-on Linux, cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and strong customer-facing skills. East Coast remote is available with competitive compensation and RSU equity.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience with CI tools and pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Linux required.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises environments.
• Customer-facing skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, setup and build CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platform using JFrog products and other technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Development to ensure customer success.
• Train customers and contribute to the community and roadmap discussions.
