Job summary

JFrog Ltd is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for a Hybrid role in the United States. You will partner with sales, product, and customer success to guide customers through robust DevSecOps processes, translating business requirements into technical solutions and delivering compelling demonstrations.

You’ll lead POVs, respond to inquiries, and represent JFrog at industry events while shaping our product roadmap with customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in technical sales, presales, or sales engineering.
• Proven DevOps tooling experience: Docker, Kubernetes, CI servers, Git, Artifactory, build tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Conduct discovery sessions, technical presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Conduct POVs and product demonstrations to showcase value of JFrog solutions.
• Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring continuity and alignment of expectations.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.
• Represent JFrog at industry events and conferences, highlighting product impact.
• Influence product roadmap by championing customer feedback.
