JFrog, a leading DevOps platform, seeks a Strategic Solution Architect, Presales to drive engagement with Fortune 500 customers, translating complex tech value into business outcomes.

You will partner with sales, product and engineering to shape technical strategies, guide customers through DevSecOps and MLOps journeys, and travel up to 50% across the US.

Open to remote within the Central Time Zone; base salary range between $195,000 to $215,000, with bonuses and an equity RSU package included.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise presales for Fortune 500/100 accounts with multi-million deals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; customer happiness oriented.
Deep hands-on experience with software infrastructure and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

Engage with strategic customers to ensure success in their DevSecOps journey leveraging JFrog products.
Partner with Sales to build account strategy and long-lasting trust.
Educate customers on platform capabilities and value proposition across the product suite.
Represent JFrog at customer events and conferences.
Provide field feedback to Product/Engineering to influence roadmap features.
Keep up with DevOps, MLOps trends and related security considerations.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to broaden engagement and adoption.
