Job summary

JFrog is hiring a Regional Vice President of Strategic Solution Engineering to lead strategic accounts and drive adoption of DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps solutions. You will lead a high-performing technical team and partner with sales, product, and customer success while advising C-level stakeholders.

You will travel to engage with customers, shape regional strategy, and ensure revenue growth and market leadership with a focus on customer happiness and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS.
• 5+ years managing technical or solution-oriented teams.
• Proven ability to drive seven- and eight-figure deals using MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
• Deep expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, and pre-sales activities such as needs analysis and product demonstrations.
• Proven track record of driving high-value deals and strategic account planning.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, data driven, with cross-functional alignment.
• Willingness to travel to engage with customers and support team success.
