Confidential High-GrowthCPGCompany in the United States seeks an experienced EA/PA to become the trusted operational partner to the Co-Founder. This role blends executive partnership, project management, founder operations, and personal support into one trusted relationship.

The successful candidate will schedule, coordinate complex travel, prepare materials, and ensure the Co-Founder can focus on high-impact work while the organization moves forward.

Qualifications

• 8+ years partnering with founders, CEOs, or senior executives in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Strong business judgment with ability to anticipate needs and remove obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Own the Co-Founder's calendar and protect focus time.
• Gatekeeper for meetings, travel, and incoming priorities.
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel and events.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting prep.
• Capture action items and ensure commitments are completed.
• Manage communication across multiple channels (Slack, email, etc.).
• Synthesize ideas into clear priorities and action plans.
• Exercise sound judgment and provide practical recommendations when appropriate.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities and align on strategy.
