Job summary

ITC Federal, Inc. is seeking an experienced E-Discovery Application Administrator II for the DOJ MEGA 6 ALS program. This fully remote role supports litigation systems, requiring substantial programming expertise and familiarity with Oracle-based tools.

The candidate will develop and maintain applications, translate requirements into code, and provide technical leadership to a small team in a remote work setting. A U.S. Public Trust clearance is required or attainable.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (not required at application).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Substantial programming experience in the systems environment being used.
• Experience developing in environments using JavaScript, HTML, ASP, Oracle IDS, SQL*Plus and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develops, modifies, and maintains complex programs to support litigation environment applications.
• Translates requirements into code and tests program outputs.
• Tests, debugs, and refines programs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Develops data entry screens and reports; provides status updates to management.
• Supervises junior programmers and may lead a small technical team.
