Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks an experienced E-Discovery Application Administrator III to support the DOJ MEGA 6 automated litigation system in a fully remote capacity. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining complex government IT resources, ensuring uptime, and coordinating with DOJ staff.

Candidates should have UNIX/Windows experience and security clearances readiness. The role emphasizes system security, disaster recovery, and documentation development, with potential supervisory duties

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing large IT systems (UNIX/Windows).
• Experience designing, acquiring, installing, and testing systems in required environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle, Relativity, host applications; CNE desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain government-provided IT systems for automated litigation support.
• Monitor, back up, and optimize server and system performance; backup scheduling and access control.
• Implement system and data security measures, patch management, and disaster recovery.
• Coordinate with COR and DOJ IT staff and DOJ office automation network teams.
• Develop tools and documentation for system-wide use and potential applications.
• Possibly supervise junior staff and coordinate project progress.
