Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC, a Fairfax, VA-based company, seeks an experienced E-Discovery Technical and Legal Support to support the DOJ under the MEGA 6 automated litigation program. This fully remote role supports DOJ's complex litigation initiatives, including FOIA and information requests, across a distributed team.

The position requires EDRM mastery, familiarity with Relativity, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Experience with eDiscovery tools and platforms (e.g., Relativity).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide combined technical and legal eDiscovery support to DOJ JMD e-discovery program.
• Support e-discovery processes including FOIA and Congressional requests for information.
• Advise legal and technical staff on eDiscovery processes, tools, and best practices.
