Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks an experienced E-Discovery Project Coordinator to support DOJ MEGA 6 automated litigation efforts in a fully remote capacity. The role coordinates technical strategies across data collection, review, and production, acting as the liaison between legal teams and contractors.

The position requires 5+ years in eDiscovery, strong communication, and deep knowledge of EDRM and IT infrastructures.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
Minimum 5 years' experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructures including networks and data sources.
Prior knowledge managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
Experience planning eDiscovery efforts and managing client expectations.
Familiar with best practices in eDiscovery and multiple tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact throughout the discovery lifecycle, providing expert consultation on technology and best practices.
Collaborate with case teams to develop and apply technical strategies and goals for data collection, processing, review, production.
Liaise between legal teams and contractors to ensure clear communication.
Advise on technology options for early case assessment, search, and review.
Participate in legal proceedings and prepare affidavits as needed.
Ensure standard eDiscovery procedures are applied across cases.
Develop cost estimates and advise on efficiency and cost reduction.
Oversee creation of reports on collection, processing, and production.
Delegate workflow tasks and manage data management and quality control.
Coordinate efforts and report status to stakeholders.
Keep abreast of new eDiscovery tech and processes.
